Can your pieces go in the dishwasher and microwave?

Yes all my pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe and generally use a glossy glaze that should resist staining if looked after properly. They are made with everyday use in mind but are still handmade items and as we all know, ceramic as a material, is prone to breakage, so please handle with care.

How long will it take to receive my item?

I try to send out my pieces within 2-3 days of the order being placed.

I send all my pieces out with Royal mail tracked 48h, so ideally once its left my care it should be with you within that time but please allow for some leeway especially at busy times of year.

I’m local to Hackney can I collect?

Yes! If you live in London and can collect directly from me please select that option at checkout and you won’t be charged for shipping. I will then be in contact with you within 24h to arrange a collection time.

Is your packaging eco friendly?

Yes wherever possible I try to reuse packaging or only buy biodegradable or recyclable packaging. On the rare occasion I use some bubble wrap for instance it will be if I’m sending internationally and will be reusing packaging we have received from other orders.

Can I return an item?

In the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged, please let me know as soon as possible, and provide some images. Returns are accepted on a case by case basis so please consider carefully before purchasing an item. Returns are not accepted on pre-orders, seconds or made-to-order items. Any returned items are your responsibility until they reach me and I am unable to cover shipping costs for items returned.
